Hanna Eadeh, MD, joins HealthScores.ai as Medical Advisor
HealthScores.ai has named Hanna Eadeh, MD, as its Medical Advisor. Dr. Eadeh is a practicing emergency medicine physician with more than 15 years of experience, and in this role he will guide the clinical logic behind how the HealthScores.ai app organizes, summarizes, and presents a person's health information, with a particular focus on what emergency and EMS teams need to see first.

About Dr. Eadeh
Dr. Eadeh works shifts in emergency departments at several hospitals across the Greater Houston area. Outside the ED, he teaches as an Adjunct Innovation Professor of Practice at the Texas A&M Engineering Medicine Program in Houston, and he is EMS Medical Director and Chief Medical Officer for Priority Ambulance Transfer. His career also covers medical education, disaster medicine, and prehospital telemedicine, which is care delivered remotely to a patient before they reach the hospital.
He earned his Doctor of Medicine from St. George's University School of Medicine and completed his emergency medicine residency at Ascension St. John Hospital.
What the Medical Advisor brings to HealthScores.ai
The Medical Advisor is the clinical voice in product decisions. Dr. Eadeh will provide strategic clinical oversight as the team develops the patient-facing health information platform, and he will shape the workflows that decide how a person's health record is organized and summarized inside the app.
A large part of that work is the emergency and provider views. When a paramedic or an ED physician opens a patient's HealthScores.ai profile, the information they need at the point of care has to be there without digging. Dr. Eadeh has spent 15 years being that reader, so he is well placed to decide what belongs on the first screen and what can wait.
He will also advise the team on patient safety, risk mitigation, EMS integration, and responsible product development, and he will represent HealthScores.ai in conversations with healthcare organizations, EMS agencies, industry partners, and at national events.
Why an emergency physician?
Most people never think about who reads their health record until the moment it matters, and that moment is often an emergency. The person reading it may have a few minutes, no prior relationship with the patient, and no way to ask about medications or allergies. Prehospital and emergency care is the hardest test a personal health record can face.
HealthScores.ai exists to give people control of their own health data and to help the care teams around them make faster, better-informed decisions. Building for the emergency use case, with someone who has lived it, is how the app earns trust in the moments that matter most.
