    Once you connect your first data source, your initial score and AI summary generate within minutes. The more sources you connect, the more complete your picture becomes.

  • Do I need my doctor to set this up?

    No. You can connect your own portals and start on your own. Providers can be added to your Care Circle later if you choose to share with them.


  • Can I manage a family member's health too?

    Yes. Many members use HealthScores.ai to help manage care for a parent, child, or spouse. Care Circle roles are built exactly for this.

  • Who can see my data?

    Only the people you explicitly invite to your Care Circle, and only the information you grant them. You control every permission and can revoke access at any time.
